Shipped Orders
All sales of shipped products are final. Once an item has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before the item has shipped. Once a pre-order has been shipped, it becomes a final-sale order and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assist with a replacement or other resolution as needed.
Gifts
Gift orders follow the same final-sale policy once shipped. If a gift was shipped directly to you and arrived damaged or incorrect, we will provide a resolution once the issue is verified.
